Steve Brown - Physiotherapist

Steve graduated with First Class honours in his BSc (hons) Sports Science degree, from the University of Brighton in 2005. He continued his studies at the University, graduating with a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Science (Physiotherapy) in 2008.

He spent the later part of 2008, and early 2009, volunteering at a school for children with special needs, in Thika Kenya. During this time Steve also worked for the Kenyan national football team in their preparation for, and participation in, the 2008 Central and East African Confederation Cup in Uganda.

Upon his return, Steve entered into the National Health Service, where he spent 20 months completing his junior rotations at Eastbourne District General Hospital and East Surrey Hospital.

Steve has a strong interest in sport, and in particular football. He combined his full time NHS post with working within the Crystal Palace Football Club Academy in the 2009/10 season. Enjoying travelling with the under 15's and under 17's teams to Italy and Holland respectively


To further his specialisation in Sports Physiotherapy, Steve left the NHS in July 2010 to take the post of Head of Youth Physiotherapy at Plymouth Argyle Football Club.

At the beginning of the 2011/12 season, Steve started in his present of role of Assistant First Team Physiotherapist at a London based football club, and has been working part time in private practice for the past year.
