Tracy Evans is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and teacher of biodynamic craniosacral therapy, qualifiying at the Craniosacral Therapy Education Trust (CTET). She then attended post-graduate training in Applied Craniosacral Therapy for pregnant mothers, newborns and toddlers.
Tracy has been practicing at the Centre for Health since 2004. Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle way of working with the body using light touch. It works with the whole person and not just the head.
People may come for CST because they have acute physical problems like headaches and back issues or long-standing problems both physical and emotional. Being so gentle and non-invasive, CST is suitable for everyone from newborns to the elderly.
Tracy is the Clinical Director at the student clinic in Islington, London and a tutor on the practitioner training course. She is a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association and as such is bound by their code of ethics and continuing professional development.
